I’m planning to put up my pastry business. I’ve been selling pastries to my friends and co-workers and I believe that it’s time to put up my own café. Taking out a small business loans would be so hard on a bank because they needed a detailed feasibility study. I’m planning on putting up my pastry business beside an office and a school so there’s more traffic to it. My parents are very excited for me and they believe in me so much. I’m so glad to have a very supportive parents. They’ve been so nice to me and I’m so happy that they allow me to become the person I am today. I remember when I was young they would always guide me in anything I choose to be in. I told this to my friends who may later on want to take out personal loans. Unsecured personal loans are very hard to take out and it’s not everyday that you can get one. I’m really that we were able to find this new help. Yes you have your friends but when time comes that you need help financially, you know that you can’t always depend on them because they too have their own spending and loans.

Our house is under mortgage for several years now. I have been paying it on time but not for the last two years that makes it become bad credit loan. An unfortunate event happened and I couldn’t afford to pay the mortgage loan on time. It has been so hard since then. I don’t really want to be in a situation of bad credit but we cannot control such circumstances in life. I want to gain back my good record so I started to search for the best possible solution. I also seek out help from my friends and family. One time I received a call from one of my friends and invited me for a coffee. During our conversation she mentioned that she also experienced to have a bad credit scores. She knew of a site that could help me so as soon as I got home I searched the site she gave to me. I find the site very useful and I learned a lot about the factors, risks and variations that I need to consider should I decided to apply for a second mortgage which I will definitely take a look at first before I finally made my decision. I want to make sure that this time I will be able to pay on-time though I believe that a second mortgage loan is the best solution for my current status.
